Civility, Wherefore Art Thou?

A discussion of civility among lawyers and claims professionals, and a reminder of their obligations to cooperate. The panel will present California and other jurisdictions’ codifications of ethical conduct related to civility among attorneys and claims professionals alike. All must play nicely together in the sandbox. The panel will address examples of civility, discuss the lack of civility, and explore how attorneys and claims professionals can be civil towards one another.
